RBI also offers the Local Market Insight monthly report for each county and ZIP code within the MLS. This infographic report is an outstanding complement to any listing presentation. Comparing hyper-local markets

Another cool feature of RBI's interactive charts gives users the ability to compare any of the critical stats in one ZIP code to the sames stats in a close or comparable ZIP code.  For instance, you can go to your buyer's primary ZIP code of interest, filter for a given home type, then compare the average DOM for that ZIP code against up to 5 neighboring ZIPs. Another angle if you think that particular ZIP code is bucking the local trends in the region, add the county and region to which that ZIP code belongs and show the comparable trends it as part of your listing presentation.
